Pros: View was fantastic, restaurant service was perfect and pool was perfect for my kid, all superb.

Easy and comfortable start to a vacation.

Pros: Beautiful location, kind people, great food. For an easy couple of days arriving in Costa Rica, it is great. I also loved that there were lots of Costa Rican folks vacationing there too.

Cons: Plastic cups and straws. It would have been nice to have a talk to give you information about the history of Costa Rica and the surrounding areas I stead of movie night. It would have been nice to be able to rent boogie boards:+)

Lovely place with an amazing beach but needs a little more entertainment.

Pros: Great view, friendly helpful staff, other guests were friendly and respectful. Tour services offered were excellent.

Cons: Food needed more variety, music was too loud and rooms needed printed information. For example there were no instructions on the numberto call reception or the daily activities or how to check out.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable, there is more than one bar and pool area with music.

Cons: The selection of dinner meat was limited. But tastey. I felt the room was not completely clean. The floor was stained.

Pros: Fantastic staff. Very friendly- couldn't do enough for us.

Cons: Some parts of resort are a little old. More choice of alcoholic drinks would have been good.

I loved it and my family too, the staff was just awesome.

Pros: The Villa was very clean and spacious. Loved the cats. ALL the staff was great, very, very nice and friendly. All very professional. Loved the beach. The food was great as well.

Cons: The Villa pool was not private at all, Villa #6. My room curtains were full of holes. I was at the beach waiting for a shuttle, he came and told me he couldn't take me to the restaurant because he was going somewhere else.
