Lovely accommodation close to the city & airport

Pros: Lovely location surrounded by forest and garden. The owners are super friendly and they prepared a delicious dinner upon arrival. Loved their local coffee which you can buy as well.

Pros: Spacious room Valerie was a wonderful host who was able to recommend to us a beautiful and secluded off-the-radar walk into the nearby national park, and also had delicious coffee in stock of which we were able to buy two packs Very convenient location for exploring the Toucan rescue centre & Braulio Carillo national park

Cons: Difficult to reach, driveway to the hotel blocked by heavy steel door Curtains in the room smelled slighly off

Pros: La experiencia y la ubicación. El.trato de la hoster ha sido inigualable. Valery y su familia bien merecen otra visita a Costa Rica. Nos han tratado como si de nuestra casa se tratará.

Cons: La cama supletoria no es lo mejor para dormir. Pero todo no puede ser perfecto

Pros: Giovanni und Valerie haben ein traumhaftes Grundstück. Man kann hier wirklich richtig relaxen und runterkommen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe am Braulio Nationalpark

Pros: Sauberer Bungalow mit großen Fenstern für eine tolle Aussicht, ruhig am Waldrand. Die Inhaber, besonders Valerie, sind sehr herzlich, umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und lecker. Ich hatte 2x Dinner gebucht......großartig, besonders das Dessert......galletas de cocos. Casa Toria ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Aber Valerie hat mich gut geleitet und ist mir ein Stück entgegen gekommen. Es gibt warme Duschen und ausreichend warme Decken, da es doch unerwartet frisch war zu dieser Zeit.

Cons: Eigentlich alles perfekt. Nur der direkte Zugangsweg, ca. 500m, ist in schlechtem Zustand. Aber mit SUV oder höherem Auto gut machbar.
