Pros: very communicative, extensive instructions beforehand for the arrival, which taxi’s to avoid, how i could find their 24h shuttle service and responded quickly when i called them when i arrived late at night

Perfect pre/post flight stay

Pros: Comfortable bed and spacious room. Attentive staff and nice small pool area - which we were able to use pre-check-in. Only a short 5-10 mins walk to shops/restaurants. The free airport shuttle was a helpful gesture.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Alajuela!

Pros: A return visit, such a beautiful well kept, clean and friendly motel in the heart of Alajuela. Being remembered a year later was a surprise, and getting the same room as last stay brought back great memories. Breakfast is light but hits the spot. Staff are friendly and wonderful to make the experience memorable. Love this place!

Cons: Timing didn't allowing me to stay longer.

Basic but comfortable.

Pros: Basic but clean and comfortable, close to the airport. Staff very helpful and polite. Ideal for our needs after a long flight.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, it was very good value for what we paid.

Pros: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was a good location for restaurants and the bus to central San Jose stopped a few meters from the hotel.

Perfect location for an airport in-and-out.

Pros: The location is perfect for the night before your flight. very close to airport with a 24/7 shuttle every hour on the hour. A short walk to a few cute restaurants. Efficient rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons: The guy at the desk was a definitely polite and helpful but a little crabby but maybe was having a bad day.

Nice place to stay in lovely Alajuela!

Pros: We spent there two nights and had everything we needed. It is located close to Alajuela vibrant town centre and restaurants. Was nice to chill in a little balcony with nice views to surrounding mountains and busy streets.

Cons: Nothing, all good!
