Little gem. Good value for money. Nice view of the volcano and swimming pool 24/7!

Pros: Nice view of the volcano. There’s a kitchen available to use and of course the swimming pool. Rooms clean and beds comfy.

Real Hidden Gem

Pros: My 3rd stay at this excellent little gem of a hotel. Room was immaculate and pool very beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and the garden is amazing. Everything fantastic. Had a wonderful lunch at Saffron Indian Restaurant of lamb vindaloo. The food was to die for. The hotel is so centrally located to restaurants and art galleries. I highly recommend this place. Awesome value for the money.

Beautiful and affordable

Pros: Room is spacious, impecable, fully equiped with fridge, tv, Chromecast, wifi, bed lamps and furniture. Comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and has many seatings and also two hamocks around to chill and relax. My family was able to fully relax there.

Excellent little hotel

Pros: Very clean nicely kept hotel. Room a little small. Lost power but not for very long. Whole town out. Excellent the manager spoke English for me but for Spanish speakers a little difficult I would imagine. Very nice pool and nice kitchen with microwave, stove and coffee maker. Could have used some forks and spoons and coffee mugs. Nice eating area and excellent location. We did not try the Indian restaurant but next time. Room very very clean with fridge. Nice little hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: It was all very good. Good supermarket right next door.

Pros: Great place to stay Away from noise of the city Pool is nice As well as the common big kitchen Beds were confortable Need a car to get anywhere but if you do have a car it's good

Cons: Check in was endless as nobody was at the desk and we had to figure out that we had to walk to the restaurant next door

Pros: Nice pool and plants, the overall outdoor area was quite nice. The rooms were good for a short stay.

Cons: No coffee maker, we found fake nails in the bathroom so more detailed cleaning is needed.

Pros: la vue sur le volcan. proche des restaurants et du supermarché. le calme. le frigo dans la chambre. eau chaude dans la salle de bain. le parking. Accès à un jardin dans l'hotel d'en face avec un paresseux qui venait chaque soir.

Cons: les ustensiles de cuisines. l'odeur dans la salle de bain (égouts). la couleur de la piscine

Cons: Falta de preocupaciones del personal para limpiar las habitaciones y ordenarlas diariamente. No hubo reposición de toallas ni papel higiénico.

Pros: Instalações boas, piscina, redes, vista para o vulcão, super mercado ao lado.

Cons: Cozinha comum estava um pouco suja e a geladeira comum com coisas estragadas dentro com muito mal cheiro. Mas tínhamos outra geladeira no quarto. Área da piscina poderia estar com as cadeiras mais limpas e organizadas.
