Amazing place and staff

Pros: All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I really liked the view from the hotel: you can see lots of different birds and the Arenal volcano. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: When I arrived, the bathroom drain wasn't working properly, but the guy at the reception desk helped me right away.

Amazing place to see birds in the jungle garden while eating breakfast

Pros: Eating breakfast overlooking an amazing jungle garden with bird viewing area. So many different species of colourful birds visiting including toucans. The hotel was quiet on the edge of town but still very close to walk to the centre of everything. Room was large, clean and spacious with comfortable beds . We did a short night tour with Armado in the garden and he showed us many different frogs and insects including red eyed frog, poison dart frog and also did a sloth tour with him around the local area-highly recommend! The sraff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay surrounded by lush jungle yet close to town

Pros: Such kind and attentive service from staff, they even surprised us with a room upgrade! The room was clean and well equipped, the property is beautiful and surrounded by lush vegetation. We unfortunately didn’t get to see the volcano because of the weather but saw loads of birds, frogs etc. Very informative and helpful with activities and tours, breakfast was good. Highly recommend and would definitely come back, thank you!

Really happy with our stay here. The birds in the garden were a delight.

Pros: Spacious room, quiet air conditioning, lovely gardens to see birds. Very quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of town.

Cons: Slightly tired communal areas. Didn’t impact our stay.

Beautyful Place super view exceptional hospitality

Pros: Sergio is a superb host! His place is wonderfully kept and right next to the ceiba tree. We got the nicest room, thanks again! The location and the view…spectacular!

Pros: Wonderful gardens and outdoor spaces. You could watch the toucans, hummingbirds and lots of others at the feeding stations while you were eating breakfast

Pros: The real Pura vida experience. So helpful staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. Eating nice breakfast while watching tropical birds and the arenal volcano in the background, wow.

Relaxing place in Arenal

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet location. There's plenty of greenery and a swimming pool. The room was very large, though a bit gloomy. The beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's plenty space to park your car.

Pros: Nice hotel, friendly and responsive receptionists, great volcano view, good breakfasts.
