Hotel Coco Beach

Pros: The hotel has a very good location in Manuel Antonio, just about a 400-meter walk to a quiet beach and within walking distance of Manuel Antonio National Park. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which made our departure much easier.

Pros: Very kind and informative front desk, daily cleaning, close to the beach.

Cons: Although the rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel looks neglected due to its outdated rooms.

Pros: The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach and a quick walk to all the restaurants. Location location location.

Cons: There were a few bugs in the room and we got there, but after we removed them we didn't have any other problems with bugs.

Wish we could stay longer

Pros: Fantastic value for money. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful. We also really appreciated the king size bed, which was over and above what we booked. We would have loved to stay longer.

Cons: N/A. It exceeded our expectations.

Great location

Pros: Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and Manuel Antonio National Park. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. If your priority is staying close to the beach and national park, and you are comfortable with basic accommodations, Hotel Coco Beach could be a suitable choice.

Cons: A bit outdated. But as i understand, they are working on it.

Location was the best part. Also good views and vibes.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay! The location was walkable by the beach! Parking in site and close to all the restaurants! Nice room to come back to after a long day in Manuel Antonio

Room for friends with 2 pools close the national park, food and private parking spot for your car

Pros: Great location. My car had a private parking spot. There were two pools. Lots of places to eat close to the hotel. Value for money. The national park and the beach were really close too. I would go again with friends.

Cons: The shower door needed to be fixed. When I got there, they didn't tell me there was a private parking spot for cars. I discovered it because I asked if we could use the pool; they told us there was another one on a second level (it seemed like a 3rd level once you did the walk), and we saw the private parking lot once we found the 2nd pool. I asked if I could park there instead of outside, and they agreed, and I parked it there.

Loved it. Will miss the place

Pros: I left today and found myself very sad to leave. Despite the bad reviews, my husband, baby and I had a fantastic time here. We loved our cute little room. Sure the rooms are dated and I wouldn't say it's 'luxury' but it's exactly what you just need and great for the money. We loved the pool and the location is actually unbeatable. One morning we even had monkeys come join us on the balcony. The staff were friendly and just let us be. The room was cleaned every single day too. In the future I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Coco Beach

Cons: I think to improve they could make coffee for the mornings for guests. Even if it's just a small area by the pool where you can go pour a coffee it would be nice.

Beautiful location, rooms and staff

Pros: Spacious and clean room, great pool with jungle view (we saw monkeys and birds while swimming), very helpful staff helped me organise my trip, great location near the beach.

Beautiful stay near the beach with nature all around

Pros: We had a spacious room with great facilities, and it was about 100 m away from the beautiful beach with different choices of food nearby.

Cons: Just be aware, there was a lot of uphill, walking on stairs and slopes!
