Pros: Everything was perfect. Location, comfort, staff. It is such a lovely little spot, very quiet and cosy, small yet has everything you need. Felt very cosy and relaxed. Pool was lovey rooms were brilliant… Staff was exceptional honestly the couldn’t do enough for you - helping above and beyond. If we come back to Manuel Antonio we will definitely stay at the same place. We had the most brilliant time. Thank you

Pros: Nice small hotel with helpful staff. It is very close to the national park and also to the Beach and restaurants. The room was very comfortable 👍🏻

Pros: Beautiful hotel, nice staff, great locality (near to the beach and near to the national park)! And you can also watch some monkeys and lizards in the garden:).

Pros: In 5 minutes walking distance to Manuel Antonio National Park und beach. Nice staff. Very good and comprehensive breakfast.

Cons: 1 or 2 chairs in the room would be good.

Pros: good choice for breakfast- with fresh fruit - traditional Huevos Rancheros. with on 200m from beach and 500m from the National Park it was great. There were 7 restaurants within minutes walk.

Cons: wider choice for lunch other than Pizza which was very good but some accompaniments would have good such as Garlic Bread or salad

Pros: Staff was wonderful! I lost my wallet, they let me know and sent me a photo of all my cards cut up. I was ++ grateful! Location is wonderful! Close to the beach and the national park.

A very convenient location, great breakfast, compact size and friendly staff

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and was really close to the beach. The pool was small but enough to enjoy a cool dip and especially around happy hour. The hotel was very compact, so very easy to get around.

Cons: The pizza dinner option was a bit limited, but there were many good restaurants close by, so not a big issue

Great location

Pros: La Vela hotel was located very close, less than 5min walking distance to Manuel Antonio national park. It's an excellent location especially in the morning when you're trying to get to the park so you don't have to waste time looking for parking and so on. Staff were very helpful and helped us change rooms because the first one had a broken appliance. One of the best things I've encountered in a hotel was present here, they equipped every room with a dehumidifier - this was highly appreciated by us as it was very humid when we visited , and we were also able to dry our clothes very easily which was impossible without it. So that was one thing which was great. Otherwise cleanliness etc was also great. The hotel pool area is nice for spotting capuchin monkeys and iguanas. They provide breakfast as well which is good.

Good option

Pros: Location is good. Near the Park entrance and quiet area. Breakfast was good. Staff always attentive.

I would come again.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, as advertised. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. It's located right at the doorstep of the national park, making visits easy and relaxing.

Cons: It would have been nice to offer more food options, as it's just breakfast and pizza. However, both were equally good.
