Luxury experience

Pros: The property was immaculately clean and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. They had everything you could need. The bed was especially comfortable to sleep on! Would love to visit again. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional.

Pros: I travel and stay often at the Sheraton and the employees are always so hospitable, it's feels like a second home. I also love the breakfast.

Comfortable convenient stay that is value for money.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff with a comfortable room that is value for money.

Cons: Hotel is a bit tired now, the pool was only open 11am - 6pm so we didn't get a chance to use it. The handheld shower had mould around the nozzles so we didn't use it, only the rain shower which was a bit inconvenient.

A comfortable welcome after a long flight

Pros: The room was huge, the bed very comfortable, the location is great, very close to Multiplaza, the bathroom amenities. The free parking lot is great too!

Cons: The breakfast is very expensive considering the options you get for a 5 star hotel. It was a bit basic. The breakfast room also needs some maintenance and dusting.

Best beds to rest after a long trip

Pros: I wanted a place to rest quietly after a long trip, and the beds were just awesome!

Cons: I was expecting a more fancy hotel on the inside, but truth is I didn't really care since I got anyhting I really needed.

Overall fantastic hotel for comfortable beds and food was some of the best Iha e ever had.

Pros: Hotel has large rooms. Beds were very comfortable and great pillows. Air conditioning was good and shower was very hot. Fully loaded snacks and bar fridge. Casino was nice and staff were all friendly. The food in restaurant was exceptional both for breakfast and dinner. Recommend the fettuccine Alfredo, Roma salad, and merlo wine. Everything we ate was exceptional. Business hotel. Never saw a child on the property. It was super quiet in room and dark curtains to sleep well.

Cons: The pool was disappointing. It was nice to look at but sat in middle of restaurant so you would not lay out or swim while people were eating. Disappointed if you wanted to sun bathe. No one ever swam in it.

Pros: Very close to Multi Plaza, and the new Roma restaurant has one of the most incredible pizzas I've ever had.

Pros: Lovely room and really nice bed, slept very well. Breakfast buffet selection was very extensive and delicious and the views from the 8th floor are great. Nice staff. Very close to Multiplaza Escazu mall.
