Pros: FORMER 5 Stars hotel, in extreme need of millions of dollars to gain back its 5 stars. But it is one the best in San Jose so i take what i can

Cons: Mattress overdue to be changed. Thermostat did not work in the room. Either on or off no matter what you requested. Had to get up during the night so i would not freeze

Great hotel next to mall.

Pros: Very nice hotel. Steak restaurant was amazing n good prices. Wished I would have gone there first and more often. Beds comfortable. Spa treatment for tumeric wrap was amazing.

Cons: No creamer for coffee given but it did have fully stocked refrigerator with everything else. Fantastic soaps but you could not reach them if you took a bath.

Place is awesome in general terms... location is extremely convenient and prices are very fair.

Pros: Breakfast options are awesome. Heated pools were amazing as well. Easy to get there and location is pretty good. We enjoyed a lot!

Cons: The towels that are at the pool are not refilled constantly. At once we were at the pool, my wife went to the lobby to ask for more towels TWICE. We waited for around 15 minutes and nobody came. My wife then had to go to the room for two of those towels. Keep a close eye on that. Also, the windows in our room (external part) were incredibly dirty.

Great stay with an excellent SPA experience

Pros: It’s a very good hotel with all the amenities and a good SPA. I accidentally left some of my things in the room and they kept it for me and gave it back the next day!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: The location Escazu is a very nice place to live in. The room was big spacious clean I love the pool sitting poolside was so fun. I love the live music at the lobby it was so romantic being with my partner there I'll always cherish it. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons: The market's food unfortunately screwed up my order my seafood was raw and I had to pay the whole thing It was the first time ever i ever had to send food back in my life. I thought it was only a thing in reality tv show.
