Great experience in a one of kind setting

Pros: Super Nice team, everyone was great. They do their best so that we have a great experience. The room had an incredible view. Lots of fun things to do at the hôtel for kids.

Amazing stay!

Pros: We like almost everything! It is an amazing resort.

Cons: The food at the restarurants, they have to change the menús and try to find a good chefs and coockers.

Breathtaking views, pools and facilities

Pros: Amazing views, very big rooms with whirlpool bathtub, incredible hot spring pools and super fast slide. Our 8yo loved the game room, darts, pool table, and had fun with Esteban and Gustavo! We loved Club Rio, feeding the wildcats and river tubing. The staff is lovely.

Cons: Food is OK.

Pros: the rooms had a great view... the hot springs.. restaurant was also nice... very friendly staff.. all in all the resort is really nice...

Cons: The only thing that really bothered me is that the outlets for the phone chargers near the night stands were in the weirdest area... this should be addressed.

Beautiful resort but left us wanting a more authentic experience.

Pros: Beautiful property. The view of Arenal is unbeatable. Very well manicured. The hot springs at the Rio Club are amazing. Nice activities for the kids: including mini golf, game room, game tables, pool, pin pong, etc We had a room with two queen beds. The rooms was spacious but I felt like they needed a better interior layout design ( no real living space for the size of the room). The balcony was great with a nice view of the volcano. Everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Cons: It felt at times artificial and not authentic. The food at the restaurants was disappointing, especially the sushi restaurant. Breakfast was good. It felt like everything was an extra charge. For the amount you pay for the rooms, it would have been nice to have more gratuites. The inside shop was really overpriced.

Great views and scenery!

Pros: Amazing views! excellent and spacious rooms and very good facilities, beautiful scenery! Great staff!

Cons: Breakfast is not included - is very good, but somewhat overpriced. Restaurants on the other hand are quite average, limited and overpriced. The majority of the activities within the facilities are also not included, and somewhat overpriced. All in all it is an excellent hotel, but it should offer better food (for the price) and provide access to some activities free of charge.

Perfect and memorable stay

Pros: This is one of the best hotels we stayed. Staff, grounds, property, location are excellent. Very cozy and comfortable. Lot of nature all around. Would highly recommend to any one who is visiting this area.

Amazing resort to enjoy Costa Rica - pura vida!

Pros: The service was great - everyone was so friendly! The hotel had so much for our family - the pools/hot springs, mini golf, kids club, games, etc. The food was lovely. The gym was well appointed. Guest laundry was a great bonus. We had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Cons: The only thing was the hair dryer n the room was pretty terrible.
