Pros: The staff was very attentive and friendly, the rooms were well equipped and excellent cleanliness. Very delicious food, wide variety of options

Cons: I loved the experience I couldn’t expect more

Pros: The river was great with thermal water, the breakfast was very good with natural orange juice, and the room was clean.

Cons: The warm pool, the types of pools in general. One of the pools was dirty slippery on the bottom and the water didn't look clean. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body cream. The service of the lady in the Cafeteria wasn't very polite.

Pros: Tenemos niños. Y comen super poco. Se acercó alguien y dijo que solo cobrar un (plato)bufete por ellos . Waoo. Eso me sorprendió. Poco se ve. Es realmente el consumo. No se siente abuso. Se siente agusto

Mejoraría el trato de parte de 1 de los trabajadores de la recepción , ya que no sé si por ser nacionales o ser personas

Pros: El alojamiento increíble , limpio y el personal muy dedicado

Great hot spring pools!

Pros: The property is in a jungle setting and we enjoyed walking the trails by the river. We loved the temperature of some of the hot springs pools, which we were able to have to ourselves after the public hours were done. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was relaxing with river in the background. Staff were nice and friendly, and we were grateful that there was a restaurant. There is an awesome restaurant located 7 minutes drive away called, Q Rico Restaurante…the food was amazing!

Cons: The rooms are a bit dated. The spa looked like it was once vibrant. The plumbing needs a little work, as our toilet barely flushed. It was a little confusing because it looks like it is set up for a wedding, but it is just how it is…

Pros: Las instalaciones el baño de la habitación la ducha excelente presión del agua

Cons: La cama muy suave la hubiera preferido más firme

Pros: Location is soectacular and you can stay in the hotel during your stay or go outside and find other restaurants and places to enjoy in the area.

Cons: The food was not like the best. I suggest asking for the menu instead of taking the buffet option. I was there before and the menu (even though you don’t have too many options to choose from) has better and tastier food.

Pros: Buen ambiente y buena calidad de alimentación Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias Una estadía agradable

Amplias instalaciones con variedad de areas recreativas y rodeado de naturaleza

Pros: El personal fue muy agradable y amable, siempre a disposición de los huéspedes. Tiene acceso a un rio de aguas termales ademas de varias y amplias piscinas y jacuzzis

Cons: Nos hizo falta una mini nevera en la habitación.

Un resort muy cuidado en el corazón de la naturaleza

Pros: Fácil accesibilidad desde Ciudad Quesada, y es económico llegar y salir en Uber Excelente menú de gran calidad, los tragos tienen licores reconocidos y las piscinas son deliciosas

Cons: El staff en el áreas de piscinas para los snacks y tragos es insuficiente, por lo que un solo empleado debe encargarse de absolutamente todo (recibir órdenes, prepararlas, cobrarlas y entregarlas)
