Best location and the greatest staff!

Pros: I loved my stay at ICO, especially because of the warm and welcoming staff, which made it so unique. Another huge plus was the location and outdoor kitchen. I really loved my stay and it felt like a home away from home.

Cons: The studio I stayed in could use some wall decorations.

When and if we come back - will definitely stay here again. Staff was great, other guests were great. Safe, quiet, centr

Pros: Location is great. It is super central but still very quiet. We had monkeys living in the trees just outside our room/apartment. Amazing! And the beach is just across the street. You can go get your take away coffee from Eat Street and at the same time feel completely immersed in nature. Best of both worlds.

Cons: Nothing not to like about this place. Maybe the kitchen appliances need a bit updating but that is just a minor detail.

Pros: The team was warm, helpful, and quick to respond. The hostel is small and peaceful, yet still social since everyone shares one open common space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Everything is well maintained and very clean. The cat and dogs wandering around were such a lovely bonus and really made my stay more enjoyable!

Great place with great value

Pros: I loved it. Big comfy beds, everything was really clean, safe and always nice vibes with the staff and the other persons living there.

Cons: Could have been even better if it was salt, oil, soap and other basic necessities. Also the lighter for the gas cooker was often missing

Relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Close to beach and restaurants.

Pros: Excellent location. Kitchen facilities really good. A/C, Fan, towels all very good!

Cons: Shower pressure wasn’t amazing. No hot water but given how hot the area is that’s not a bad things.

Nice staff and great shared facilities/space.

Pros: Great shared space, overall clean and location is quite central (enough restaurants and a grocery store close by). Also, I had some trouble with my transport and the staff really took the time to find a solution, which was very kind.

Cons: Nothing really, price/quality seems good for Santa Teresa.
