Pros: Breakfast morning view and the Coati Poncho were a highlight. Lunch was great.

Cons: The Silvester Gala was not good at all, most people went to bed. Our room was 301 which was basically the reception area which was not nice - our friends stayed in houses starting with 500/600 - there rooms were great.

Pros: Hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by stunning nature that really elevates the whole experience. We stayed in a room with a private hot tub on the terrace – a true game-changer and absolutely worth it. Housekeeping delivered top-notch service throughout our stay, and the food was consistently delicious. A place that genuinely delivers on comfort and quality, end to end.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and every detail is carefully thought out to ensure a memorable stay. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Lovely and beautiful place

Pros: We loved the cozy bungalow and large pool area with a pool bar. The entire area was really beautiful and well taken care of. The view of the volcano and the forest was stunning and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We saw different animals on the ground and really enjoyed our time.

Pros: Loved this location, the staff so helpful. Room Quaint and clean, volcano amazing when it appears. Pool bar and restaurant easy and convenient. Secluded but can get easily to town. The tours were great too did 4 ! Oh and the staff at the spa magic hands!

Wonderful views and a lovely cabin
