Eden Organic Farm & Bungalows

Eden

Pros: Fabulous, detached, self contained bungalow/lodge. Very comfortable big bed. Lots of space, including outside private terrace with hot tub. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff

Cons: We loved it all!

Wonderful Stay with a View

Pros: This place offers a magnificent view through the enormous terrace windows. The sense of peace and quiet is truly remarkable. Being situated right next to a cocoa field, the bungalow provides an immediate and palpable feeling of closeness to nature. Highly recommended for a tranquil escape!

A Must-Visit Cocoa Farm and Nature Retreat

Pros: An amazing retreat nestled in the heart of a cocoa farm and rainforest, where nature surrounds you at every turn. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the river from the cafeteria as you savor your breakfast. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating serving you small presents. And don’t miss the fascinating cocoa tour—it’s an experience to remember!

Cons: The road can be a bit busy at night, but it remains manageable. (Rather listen the jungle's noises.) On the plus side, the farm benefits from excellent accessibility.

Loved it and highly recommend for a stay not far from La Fortuna

Pros: Stunning room with beautiful bathroom spa bath. Staff were lovely and the gardens are magical. We did a chocolate tour with Yari as our guide. She was a wonderful guide and making chocolate was fascinating and delicious. So special!

Cons: Sadly this lush paradise is next to a busy road which is noisy with passing trucks. They do provide ear plugs for sleeping. Don’t let this stop you visiting!

A beautiful place

Pros: The little bungalow is beautiful! I loved the outdoor seating, the lighting around the house, the shower gel, the shampoo and the pillows and bed were super comfortable. I loved being welcomed with chocolate and juice. Honestly, there was so much to love. Everything contributed to a beautiful, relaxing experience. Apart from that, the staff are extremely kind and warm and helped me plan my time there with recommendations and helping connect me to tours. They were also extremely easy to communicate with at all times. Lastly, all the meals I had there were delicious and the property itself is a marvel. Hope to come back!

Thanks for the warm hospitality!

Pros: We loved our stay on the farm! Everything was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the plunge pool on our deck. They delivered breakfast to our room each morning which we appreciated so much. The setting is lovely, a view of a river and more birds than you can count plus we heard howler monkeys in the trees.

Cons: If mosquitos like you, be sure to bring some Deet. There aren’t screens on the doors so we had to be vigilant to keep them out of our room.

Beautiful sanctuary and boutique chocolate tour!

Pros: Beautiful sanctuary just minutes from La Fortuna. The breakfast was incredible and the chocolate tour is best we’ve experienced in Costa Rica, especially led by Cesar. Cesar is the reason we are back to Eden for the second year in a row. Our son is already confirming that we are returning again to do the chocolate dance!

Really nice option if you like nature!

Pros: The bungalows surrounded by nature were beautiful. Especially if you like the sounds of nature at night. The breakfast was very nice also. The chocolate tour was very fun and we even saw a sloth doing his own thing on the property.

Pros: Immersed in nature, lovely stuff, tasty breakfast and amazing cocoa tour!! What a great stay we had. Can't wait to come back!

Cons: The house was a bit small for 5 people, but not a big issue .

Pros: Loved spending the night amongst cocoas plants! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made us an early breakfast so we could get on our way in the morning.
