Good budget hotel. Convenient location

Cons: For the price we paid, I can’t really fault it.

Pros: Very nice hotel in a nice surrounding. 10 minutes walk from city center and 5 minutes from nice restaurants and sodas. Good place to get picked up for all activities. Breakfast was good and served in a very nice place.

Cons: Nearby is a hostel with partying people every night, so it is a bit noisy. But with earplugs it's OK.

It was perfect for a short stay.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, clean, yet a bit dated. Nice garden …A little walk into town, but perfectly doable and some good restaurants on the way…

Cons: The pool area needs a little updating and some of the furniture in the room too. It’s a bit hidden away and not that easy to find, but it’s away from the hussle and buzzle of the town. Room walls are very thin, so what goes on next door, you’ll hear it 🙈

Pros: The position is good in that it is on the outskirts of town but within walking distance and there are restaurants very close. The room was large and beds were comfortable. There is a good sized swimming pool set within an area enclosed by trees.

Cons: The partitian walls are very thin. We had an empty room between us and the next occupied room and we were kept awake by their voices.

Great location and clean, bad breakfast

Pros: The property is very nice, surrounded by nature in a very quiet area but still close to the town (10 min walk). Fresh towels every day

Cons: Breakfast was not great, it is fine if you come early but towards the end you can feel the food is there for longer. It would be better if they offer a fixed menu and the food is prepared on request. Wardrobe in the room is not useful at all, there is no shelfs and only 2 hangers

Decent stay

Pros: Excellent breakfast (usually buffet, on our first night it was ala carte, because only two rooms were occupied, but the choice was huge and it was delicious). Nice big pool.

Cons: Rooms smell a bit musty, the pool area could do with a makeover. Not enough loungers by the pool.

Pros: The room and the pool and the setting. Really hot effective shower and air-conditioning

Cons: Gravel road to get there, not great for wheeling a suitcase.....but really a minor problem

Pros: Nice location, very close to La Fortuna main square, 5-10 minutes walking distance

Pros: Lovely place, many birds around and very nice pool. We absolutely loved the breakfast and there were fresh juice every morning. Excellent location for La Fortuna, walking distance from the centre and restaurants.

Cons: The car park access was a bit tricky because of the construction work on the bridge, but the hotel was opening the gate to \

Pros: The breakfast was fair but the staff was great. I like the location because it was in the quiet out-skirts but still in town. The bridge being out made things difficult.

Cons: More access to food.
