Switzerland 🇨🇭

Very nice place

Pros: The hospitality of the chef, Benedikt. We miss the chats with him. Modern and new amenities. Windows can be open all night due to mosquito net in front. We had no mosquito in the room the whole stay. Very green area with beautiful gardens. One or two resident sloths in the trees. Almost next to the waterfall entrance.

Cons: Curtains of the terrace door are not wide enough. 30 cm of the door remains uncovered. There should be a small night light next to the bed. It’s either all ceiling lights on or all ceiling lights off.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great coffee. Large room. Peaceful location. Near waterfall. Nice little pool.

Cons: Pool was a bit cold for me but my kids liked it.

Buen lugar.

Pros: El personal es muy bueno ! El chef Benedicto es un amor 😍😍😍 muy atento y servicial. Demian muy amable y servicial ! Tiene muchos animalitos , vimos un tucán y perezoso y la cabra que vive ahí una belleza !! La cabaña ok.

Cons: Me gustaría que hicieran la limpieza de la cabaña diario, o que al menos te cambiaran las toallas. El agua de la regadera no salía caliente. Pero disfrutamos mucho el ambiente !

Beautiful place close to Arenal Waterfall.

Pros: Fabulous hillside setting near Arenal Waterfall. Comfortable beds. Damien and Benedict were charming, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Steep climb to upper cabin but the peace and quiet were worth it. Only tepid water in the shower. Had to ask for second blanket. No coathangers or hooks. The restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner but Damien arranged takeaway when we arrived late at 8:30pm.

Very helpful staff. Very clean. Short walk to entrance to waterfall. Also a nice hiking trail on the property.

Pros: The location is very nice, set within the forest. Lots of birds! Very peaceful.

Cons: The restaurant is brand new and was not open yet for lunch and dinner. The cabins need a comfortable chair or small couch.

Pros: Sense cap mena de dubte el personal. El noi de la recepció (no recordem el nom, perdona), ha tingut un tracte excepcional. Ens va ajudar amb tot el que li vam demanar i va trobar solucions per a tot. Normalment no fem comentaris, però en aquest cas, se’l mereix. Es un hotel molt nou, s’han de pulir certs aspectes, però segur que gràcies a ell aconsegueixen l’excel•lencia. Mil gràcies!

Pros: Das Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, Fabrizio hat alles dafür getan, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten, sie sind immer für ihre Gäste da. Super Lage 2 min zu Fuß von dem Wasserfall entfernt
