Hotel Villa Prats

Good location, great staff!

Pros: Location is fabulous - right outside the park gate. Parking is available but our spot was taken when we returned from an outing. The owner saw us and came down and found us another spot nearby. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast included.

Nice but interrupted sleep

Pros: Great location just outside the park gates and close to the beach and restaurants. Manuel Antonio was busier in general than we expected. Lovely shared small pool to cool down in.

Cons: It was noisy at night due to racoons running around on the tin roof! Room was smaller than expected.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect and we slept so well here. It is right next door to the national park so we could enter as soon as it opened when it was it's quietest. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and plenty of restaurants near by. So glad we found this place. A bit rough around the edges, but for the location, price and how well we slept it was perfect.

Cons: One minor thing was there were quite a few ants in our room, but we still had a great stay.

Pros: Location was Great, Beautiful inside. Erin & Tina were the best !

Perfect stay by Manuel Antonio National Park

Pros: You couldn’t be closer to Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. Lovely hotel with all the amenities, including AC and hot water. Breakfast was excellent, and the décor—with lots of plants—was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Cons: The swimming pool area would use a little bit more greenery/decoration to be more welcoming.

Unforgettable place that we will definitely come back to..

Pros: This is a boutique quality hotel, a little hidden gem that deserves 11 out of 10. We were greeted by its amazing host Tina, who made our stay unforgettable. We were entertained by a family of raccoons that visited every evening, lots of beautiful hummingbirds keeping us company during breakfast. Excellent location, 2 min walk from the Manuel Antoni National Park and 5 min walk to the beach. We couldn’t recommend this place any more. Best hotel in Costa Rica Thank you Tina for your amazing hospitality!!!

Great stay - great hospitality

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast and the pool facilities were great, but most of all, Tina’s and the rest of the team’s great hospitality made our stay unforgettable!

Best place to stay in Manuel Antonio

Pros: Everything was great! There were so many animals, it was close to the beach and many restaurants, and right next to the park. The breakfast was delicious! The pool was incredible! We saw lots of birds while relaxing by the pool. Also the staff were helpful and kind, and the owner was hands on and you could tell she deeply cares about the hotel and her guests. I would give this place higher ratings if I could!

Cons: There is nothing I did not like.

We had a lovely short stay

Pros: Lovely location really close to the national park and the Beach!!

Cons: Room was a bit on the smaller side but still enough. Place had a bit too retro look

Pros: Very close to Manuel Antonio National Park entrance. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
