Hotel Manuel Antonio

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: This hotel has thought of everything. You can get extra towels for the beach any time you like, ice blocks for cool drinking water, lovely balcony (handy for drying swim suits), 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from the National Park entrance. Bed was comfy, shower hot, everything was perfect.

Wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and the food delicious. Right across the road from a gorgeous beach and 4 minutes walk to the national park.

Nice hotel right next to the beach

Pros: Towels for the beach. Parking. External showers, view and great location

Beach and nature

Pros: Very friendly staff in the reception, always ready to help. Great location right in front of beach, close to the Manuel Antonio Park and with bus stop to Quepos and San Jose in the other side of street.

Cons: Breakfast not included

Great beach location

Pros: Amazing location , with the beach a step away and the entrance to the park around the corner

Cons: Not a big deal but they are very strict about visitors, I had friends staying in another place and the rules said they couldn’t come visit me, I didn’t try but they seem to e formed it.

Pros: Comfortable and big rooms, great location close to the beach and to the park, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant.

Cons: A small kettle and a fridge in the room would make it perfect

Pros: Great location by both beach and national park. Free parking was fantastic, especially seeing how busy the beach parking was on a weekend. Room was clean and comfortable with good aircon. Nice to get beach towels and staff were helpful fixing a problem with the TV. Good breakfast.

Cons: One night there were people playing music super loud at 3.30am on a (bank holiday) Monday which was not fun. Not the hotel's fault but I don't know if this is more of a problem near the beach, or we may just have been unlucky.

Great location in a clean and comfortable room.

Pros: Located across the street from a great beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Wish that breakfast was included. Also, the room only had a trash can in the bathroom.

Great location , great gardens and great staff

Pros: Location of hotel and staff were superb . The hotel has beautiful grounds and has a nice cafe for breakfast next to it with wonderful helpful staff such as Nathan and Edgar , and serve good value fresh local food. All the reception staff were fantastic too .

Cons: All the rooms need a complete renovation and air ventilation to avoid high moisture levels and new modern bathrooms and facilities . The rooms smelled of damp which affected the clothes we were storing in the wardrobes . This hotel would be the best located and value in the area if the renovation was completed .

Great ratio value/price. Recommend!

Pros: Really nice place. Strongly recommend a breakfast. Right next to the beach and park entrance.
