Comfortable and safe place to stay in San Jose.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful on all issues.

Cons: The breakfast was great but food service for an evening meal would be helpful for travelers.

Always meets and then goes beyond our expectations.

Pros: As in the past this hotel and the staff reaches out to satisfy your expectations. It's all there to be experienced. We have returned many times and strangely each time something has changed enhancing our experience.

Cons: Nothing. It's that simple.

Comfortable, safe, hotel with lovely staff

Pros: Very pleasant stay with lovely reception staff. I wasn't there for long so I didn't get a chance to fully explore the facilities etc. but my experience was positive overall. I arrived too late for the laundry service, but the receptionist kindly did it himself which was greatly appreciated as I'd been travelling for a while. Room was comfy and spacious, and the shower was good. Felt like a safe area.

Cons: I didn't have time to explore, but I don't think there is much to do directly around the hotel.

Cons: Breakfast was a little under par based on previous visits. The selections being a little restrictive.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent

Cons: There is no window directly to outside. I requested for a different room but there was only a window to hallway that had open roof

Satisfied

Pros: Easy to get to. Close to restaurants and 30 min from airport

Cons: I wish they offered transportation to the airport. There was not noise control. Someone was having a party all night in one of the rooms

Clean and nice staff

Pros: Used as a final stop before our flight home so we just needed something basic. It was very clean and the staff were really nice and helpful.
