Beautiful, clean, peaceful

Pros: Lovely, clean place. Near to the parc. 45 min walk to San José city. Nice pool.

Cons: The people working in the restaurant were not really friendly. But they make long hours I guess

Pros: The hotel smelled amazing and the staff went above and beyond! The gatekeeper was especially very helpful and helped us get to our concert in time by hailing an Uber for us :) The breakfast was also very delicious! I wish I had stayed an extra day.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, cosy and comfortable space, rooms are along a patio and there is a heated swimming pool next to the restaurant, which our kids loved :) Good breakfast and attentive staff. We had a very good short stay.

Cons: The shower has no ventilation of any kind, no window or ventilator. This didn't really bother us, but it leaves everything in the bathroom damp.

Pros: The pool is heated and very pleasant, even on a hot day. The rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds and a great coffee maker. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a wide choice of different types of breakfast goods. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The location is a bit off the beaten track...difficult to access good restaurants locally without jumping in a cab or walking on some very random and unstable pathways which was challenging after dark. We chose not to stay in the centre of San Jose, but the other side of the park was much nicer and easier to negotiate. The restaurant is expensive...even with a 25% off voucher. They also charge 23% tax on food.

Pros: Room was totally unqualified for rental, breakfast service was well done, pool was beautiful.

Cons: Our first room #369 was a mess and unsanitary.

Family friendly and chilled

Pros: The hotel breakfast is lovely a selective menu that covers all the bases + lots of coffee refills + different breakfast juice each day - it set you up for the day. The pool water is warm and the pool is sheltered The room is basic but spacious The staff are all friendly
