Hilton Garden Inn San Jose La Sabana

Great for a one night stopover.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, great view and room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Don’t get confused with the other Hilton further up the road! It happens a lot because the guy at that one checked our reservation before we parked.

Convenient hotel if you need to stay in la Sabana

Pros: Great location if you need to stay in La Sabana. Rooms are great, free parking. Gym is well equipped. Breakfast deal is good value for money (not buffet)

Cons: bar area is a bit cold. it is practical but does luck any kind of atmosphere.

Fine hotel

Pros: Location, accommodation, staff and service perfect!

Cons: The price of the breakfast. We were a family of 4, booked a room to stay overnight. The additional fare that we paid was simply crazy.

Great place to stay at while in San José!

Pros: Overall great quality of services, good-quality, friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast and great facilities such as gym and swimming pool.

Cons: We had a great stay, so nothing really.

A good stay while in San José

Pros: Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Overall, good experience for when in San José.

Cons: Nothing really, although I thought that the price we paid was a bit high for the overall experience, but still acceptable.

Pros: Great, luxury & quiet hotel in San Jose. I got room with a stadium view. Hotel restaurant and the food there was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

An excellent choice for a short or long stay in San Jose

Pros: We really liked our spacious and comfortable room with wonderful views to the mountains. The surrounding area is mixed but the nearby Peru Square has a super restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner and there is an excellent store with fresh fruit just across the road from the hotel. Arrival and check-in were managed very politely with friendly staff and straightforward procedures. There's a gym and pool, we didn't use either but would have liked to. Downtown was a ten dollar taxi ride, this should perhaps have been much less, we paid 12 dollars or so for an Uber to the airport. The AVIS pick up desk is a walk away

Cons: Two things: music in the corridors was not turned off at night, I'm a fussy sleeper. The air conditionning control was very difficult to work out so we turned it off and were then too hot

Excellent spot for a short break in San Jose

Pros: We stayed here for two nights at the beginning and end of our Costa Rica trip, and both nights were great. It's a very professionally run hotel, and the staff are all amazing. Everything was clean and fresh, the food was actually very good, and the facilities like the pool, gym, etc. are perfect for a short stay.

Cons: The second breakfast we had wasn't quite as complete as the first, but I'm nit-picking, this place was great.

Perfect for a stop over.

Pros: Centrally located. Views amazing. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was a concert playing the night we stayed which meant there was loud music all night in the lobby and across the road.
