NATURAVE - Into the woods - Mountain cabins

The highlight of our Costa Rica trip

Pros: The absolute highlight of our stay in Costa Rica! We loved spending two nights at Naturave, where we managed to truly disconnect from everyday life and enjoy nature. Drinking a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the canopy was simply fantastic, just like cooking some simple meals in the kitchen downstairs right in front of the forest

Cons: Not a dislike per se, but a car is very important to be able to enjoy your stay here, especially to be able to go to the supermarket and buy groceries

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing place and extraordinary tree house. Perfectly furnished witm many lovely details. Vero & Mau are great host, all the time helpful and nice. 100% recommend to everyone.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings. Helpful when we were checking out a bit later due to bad weather. Comfortable and free wine!

Cons: Difficult to access if you don't have a car but the owners were helpful in organising taxis.

An unforgetable and adventurous stay

Pros: The architecture of the bungalow and its location in the middle of nature were wonderful. Although, the nights in January were windy as the owner had informed us, it was an incredible experience. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any information we asked.

Staying with NATURAVE has been one of the highlights for our Costa Rica trip!

Cons: everything is perfect

Pros: A great view with a real glamping feeling. Beautifully designed and great communication with the hosts. Definitely a place you must stop when in Monteverde.

Amazing property right in the woods

Pros: Amazing property right in the woods! Incredible views and very unique style. Loved the open kitchen area and of course the dome bedroom

Cons: Only slight negative was WiFi signal wasn’t particularly good, and neither was phone service, not major but made planning trips a little more challenging.

Perfect glamping with stunning views over the canopy

Pros: Cosy well thought out cabin. Sleek design that perfectly integrates in the nature.

Cons: A small stove would have been perfect

Beautiful natural hideaway

Pros: Beautiful treehouse dome, thoughtful design and configuration perfect for a nature getaway.

Cons: Parking was tight, and it can be extremely noisy at night from wind and rain during the wet season (be warned!) luckily earplugs and sleep masks were provided.

Fantastik ophold med venlige ejere!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Monteverde! The accommodation was incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated – you immediately felt at home. The hosts were very nice and helpful, and they responded very quickly. The check-in was without staff, but it worked without any problems, as everything was described really well and clearly. And there was vine and snacks then we arrived! Please note that there was not much of a view from our cabin, as a large tree stood right outside. On the other hand, it created a very calm and cozy atmosphere on the terrace, which we enjoyed to the fullest. Plus it had a net in the floor you could relax on! All in all, a fantastic experience – we highly recommend the place!
