Loved Costa Rica and the JW Marriott Resort and Spa

Pros: My family found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the daily activities such as the sunset cocktails, marshmallow roast on the beach, massages at the spa, and classes we signed up for. Also the ability for the 15 of us to get together and relax in the patio area.

Cons: Didn’t have any negative experiences to report on.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful country.

Pros: The service was truly excellent. There were multiple restaurants and all were excellent. The pool was the most gorgeous I had ever seen.

Cons: There were a few little things I can mention. The rooms were kept very clean but could have been decorated a little nicer considering the price of a stay here. The bikes they had for guests to use were in dire need of maintenance. And the little store could have stocked some common toiletries like toothpaste, mouthwash, hairspray, etc.

Cons: No nos gusto hacer colas para cenar, cada noche tuvimos que hacer colas para cenar en un hotel con semejante infraestructura, podría organizarse de otra manera. A modo de sugerencia

Pros: Tolle Atmosphäre und grosser, schöner Pool. Zimmer Top und vorallem die Betten und Kissen ein Traum. Frühstück super und umfangreich.

Cons: Am Hotel ansich nichts, jedoch sind alle Preise in Costa Rica unverhältnismäßig hoch.
