Baldi Hot Springs Hotel & Spa

very nice, would book it again with kids, but for adults only I would book a more tranquil hotel

Pros: Food was good, Staff were very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful property!

Cons: Great for kids however strange that they do not offer a cribs service in your room. While it is very child oriented. It got very busy with just day visits what was less nice but they have many pools to choose from so in the end it did not spoiled our stay.

Low season meant quiet and no crowds. It was a wonderful experience!

Pros: The hot stone massage I got at the spa was amazing! The room and the hot springs were great!

Cons: The bar menu was good but not great.

Pros: From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and had a passion for service. A massage at the Spa is a must. All areas and pools are very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful relaxing stay.

Pros: The hot springs were wonderful. Great location for going on excursions and easy to get in to La Fortuna. Rooms were big, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfasts had a lot of choice, which varied day to day. The fresh fruit was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The do many and beautiful swiming pools. The food was delicious.

Cons: Ir was to crowd.

Stunning thermal pool complex with decent hotel

Pros: Spectacular complex of 25 thermal pools, ranging from hot tub to large pools and others with swim-up bars, all set in lush jungle. Genuine ’wow factor’. Excellent and fairly priced spa. good security for general access and for car park

Cons: Hotel rooms were very comfortable but a bit tired, not quite 5 star as claimed. Well run bars, but quite expensive

Pros: Beds were comfortable. The view to the volcano was amazing from the small deck overlooking the room. The Baldi Springs and hot tubs were amazing. The meal at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons: We did not like the buffet very much. For the price we felt there could have been more of a variety.

Pros: Das Baldi ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen… leider ist die ganze Anlage alkoholfrei… haben was von einer fehlenden Lizenz gesprochen bei eine 5 Sterne Haus aber alle sehr freundlich und bemüht

Junior Suite 4102 en Baldi

Pros: Baldi es un lugar hermoso siempre. El servicio al cliente muy bueno. El spa es muy bello también y los masajes excelente.

Cons: La habitación tuvo 3 cosas que nos molestaron. Estuvimos en la Junior Suite de un primer nivel por lo que se escuchaban todos los pasos de las personas que estaban en la habitación del segundo nivel. Además la ducha no tiene cortina por lo que en la mañana ingresa mucha luz y es incómodo para dormir. También toda la noche sonaba el drenaje del baño , me imagino que la tubería es compartida con el segundo nivel por lo que también hace mucho ruido cuando hay flujo de agua en el segundo nivel . Respecto a los restaurantes se ve que el buffet y el restaurante a la carta a disminuido mucho la calidad, ya no son como antes.
