Spectacular. Such a great place to experience luxury jungle living.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent with the variety and freshness. The pizzas and flatbreads were a very good value for the high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot springs and the pools were the best, very spacious and lots of variety. Amazing jungle views.

Cons: The lighting in the rooms and restaurant were a sterile white which you'd expect to see in an office or hospital. They could really invest in warm yellow light bulbs and it would make this place perfect adding a more warm and cozy ambiance.

Clean, comfortable, good location, very enjoyable.

Pros: Large comfortable room, very clean, good location, varied selection of food and nice quality. Facilities generally good. Surrounding areas beautiful and very well kept. Good security.

Cons: Noise disturbances from other rooms. A kettle would be a helpful addition in the room. Another bar aside from the pool bar would be an advantage which could serve drinks later than 10pm.

Great stay!

Pros: Staff were super accommodating and there was so much to do for little ones! I was also surprised how good the food was and how reasonable it was priced considering it was a standalone hotel restaurant. Would go back for sure!

Pros: Beautiful views, the food was good and the hot springs were lovely

Cons: The shuttle was annoying as sometimes would have to wait a while to get to where we needed.

Wonderful hot springs in a natural setting

Pros: We loved the hot springs in the nature setting. The breakfast was great.

Cons: It’s a long way from La Fortuna without a car. We found the food choices, especially for children, quite limited.

Pros: Absolutely stunning place. The room was incredibly spacious, and waking up to the volcano view from the balcony was the highlight of my mornings. The surroundings were breathtaking—lush, vibrant, and filled with beautiful birds flying all around. The hot springs were truly unforgettable and absolutely incredible.

Pros: The hotel is exceptional: perfect location, comfortably arranged facilities, big and very spotlessly clean rooms. Externally friendly and hopeful staff .

Pros: Great hot springs with great view on volcano Arenal (if not cloudy). Rooms are very spacious.

Cons: Staff is not really friendly, Day Guests should not interfere too much with hotel guests (pools and breakfast partially crowded). Breakfast is very simple and offered food is not very tempting except for the fresh stuff like fruits, eggs, etc. (cheese and ham look very fatty and low quality and have no taste). But everything is compensated by having the hot springs :)
