Good location. Slightly away from the main town. Beautiful surroundings

Pros: Nice and open. Great views of the volcano from the villa. The hot springs were very beautiful

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds, we had a lovely view of the Volcano from our room, unfortunately we had a lot of rain so only saw the volcano clearly for one day. The hot springs were the highlight for us, they were wonderful. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel, the staff are great and cannot do enough for you.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property for location, price and atmosphere!

Pros: The gardens surrounding all rooms were beautiful as was the bird life! Hot springs are a definite hit especially at night, the rooms were very clean and spacious and staff were accommodating!

Cons: The price of the pizzas was a bit high, they were nice but very expensive,

Pros: The hotel is amazing, and the staff are outstanding. The service was excellent everywhere — at the reception, by the pool, and in the dining area. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly attentive, which made the stay exceptional.

Cons: The only downside is that the tours and excursions offered by the hotel are quite expensive. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: It is a large resort with buggies to get around. Best breakfast we have ever experienced and some amazing wildlife on your doorstep. Hot springs were a wonderful way to relax at the end of each day.

Cons: A bigger resort than we expected but everything was great.

Lovely Hotel

Pros: We had an amazing 4 night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. We booked a suite with its own private pool, which was absolutely outstanding. The room was lovely—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The private pool area was a highlight, with views of the volcano was simply magnificent. The thermal spa pools are beautiful, situated among the trees and immaculately maintained, with an abundance of clean towels available. The spa facilities are also outstanding, the location is perfect alongside the flowing river, made for a very relaxing massage. Highly recommend. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons: Dining at the hotel is quite casual. The sushi and pizza bars are located around the pool areas, so you will find yourself dining alongside guests who are eating while in the pool. However, the sushi bar food was amazing, so too a take away enchiladas

Nice resort in the middle of the jungle

Pros: Nice private bungalows, great hot springs area open until late in the evening. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. In the jungle with lots of wild animals and beautiful tropical trees, plants & flowers everywhere.

Cons: The resort is much bigger than we expected with possibility to drive to your bungalow. Food & drinks are very expensive.

Pros: Stunning views of the volcano, nice facilities with hot springs to enjoy. Smaller resort that never felt crowded despite being fully booked. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons: The onsite restaurants and bars were expensive, not great value for money. Much better and affordable eats in town.

Beautiful if too highly priced resort.

Pros: This is a truly stunning property in a beautiful location with a lot of thought gone into the separate very private bungalows.

Cons: Most of the private bungalows are semi-detached so your neighbours are still very close and in-sight. There is also a locked inter-connected door between you so you could hear them through this in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely but there was just one girl going around with coffee - So you often had coffee coming to you far too frequently or you were missed and looking constantly for a refill. Also the drinks and meals at this resort were very expensive probably because they know they have a captive audience who would find it difficult to go offsite and find something local and much cheaper. Seriously a sparkling water and a pizza for $35!! The rooms were supposed to be cleaned twice a day but the first clean didn’t seem to happen to 2pm so not sure how this worked?! Overall for the very high price of this resort it should be even better or its prices should be lower.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Dinners high quality but extremly pricy- prices will be higher then in most places in Europe. Pool and views are great and its a really nice hotel in general. Beautifull bathrooms. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: Beds are very soft. The hotel springs were very disappointing and quiet cold - definetly not what I would pay for as an experience, what is a shame, since it was one of the reasons to book this hotel.
