Great location for a good price.

Pros: Staff were incredible - in special Fran who was outstanding when we arrived. Room was very good, the volcano view helped us to decide what to do and what time we should start our tours.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: Perfect location right near the centre. All the staff at this hotel were super helpful and really lovely. Staff helped with booking activities and recommendations. Easy to get to different locations for activities in this region/area.

Cons: There was no kettle in the rooms. So no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was served from 7am onwards - so unable to make yourself a hot drinks when just chilling at the hotel or if you had a early morning activity.
