Lovely location and very friendly staff

Pros: The location is good for a mountain area and the staff are friendly too. Lovely fresh fruit for breakfast.

Cons: Hotel needs to improve in facilities like offering drinks, niknaks, food.

I would choose it for a second time

Pros: The staff was really nice. Normal size room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. No fridge in the room. Very clean. Breakfast was very good, sweet and salty, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice and also a lot of fruits. They kept my backpack after check out. 5 minutes walk from the center, 10 minutes walk from the bus station at the city mall.

Clean, tasty with very convenient location.

Pros: Very clean room and comfy bed. Home made breakfasts. Friendly and open to help stuff. Most of all I liked the chill room, where you can hide from the wind and watch the sunset.

Cons: When wind is strong be prepared to hear orchestras made by branches of tree on top of the roof. On the other hand it’s nature. Could be everything. And most likely you will sleep well after all various activities proposed in this area.

Pros: Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Laga in Santa Elena, der Blick nach Westen bis zum Ozean und auf die Nicoya Halbinsel ist beeindruckend, speziell bei schönem Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer war nicht groß und eher basic eingerichtet, aber alles war sauber. Frühstück wird nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Cons: Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nicht gerade hygienisch und eine Lampe am Nachkästchen wäre kein Luxus.

Hotel el Amanecer, excelente atendido por sus dueños. Mucho cariño.

Pros: El desayuno Excelente, atendido por sus propios dueños. (Cristina y Jonathan) con mucho cariño. Ubicacion del Hotel cerca de todo en Santa Elena. Su personal muy respetuoso y gentil.

Cons: Mejoraria las camas.

Pura vida! Gastfreundschaft ist hier gross geschrieben!

Pros: Das Hotelpersonal war extrem freundlich! Sie haben uns sogar geholfen, die Reise von der nächsten Unterkunft zur übernächsten zu organisieren! Total unkompliziert, extrem hilfsbereit (auch als der Barkredit wegen SMS von meinem Natel aus nicht klappte, konnten wir die Überweisung über das Hotel abwickeln.. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und jeweils frisch zubereitet. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
